When Damon showed Affleck a play he?’d written the pair decided to turn it into a screenplay and the rest as they say is history. ?“Good Will Hunting,?” about a troubled math prodigy who is a janitor at MIT, was released in 1997 and was nominated for nine Academy Awards. “We never expected anyone to see it, which was why [it] was successful,” Affleck told Entertainment Weekly magazine. The film won two Oscars, including Best Original Screenplay, which both Damon and Affleck received. More than 10 years though each went on to individual projects, they still make time to double-date with their wives.

2. Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox?—For 10 seasons on NBC?’s hit comedy ?“Friends?” Aniston and Cox portrayed best friends Rachel and Monica. Behind the cameras the women weren?’t acting?—their friendship was the real deal.
